ASSYST is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to support our State Client in Austin Texas.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design development modification and maintenance of complex enterprise-level applications. You will leverage your expertise in C# Angular and Oracle Database to build robust and scalable solutions. This role requires close collaboration with team members project managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software that meets business needs within an Agile/Scrum framework.
Job Type: Contract (Corp to Corp/C2C or 1099)
Job Location: Austin Texas (Fully Onsite/ No remote allowed.)

Responsibilities:
- Design code and modify complex computer programs APIs subroutines triggers stored procedures objects classes and scripts using C# Angular and Oracle Database.
- Perform comprehensive testing of assigned programs including generating test data writing test scripts examining results and debugging errors to ensure quality.
- Adhere to current software development methods and established standards for programming documentation and testing to ensure the quality and maintainability of applications.
- Actively participate in code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards and system requirements.
- Work with trainers technical support staff and network specialists to perform modifications and updates to existing systems or to implement new ones.
- Identify investigate and resolve production problems by analyzing issues implementing fixes and testing solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and training to other technical staff and customers when required.
- Collaborate effectively within a software development team coordinating efforts to meet project deadlines.
- Communicate development status challenges and progress clearly to the team leader or project manager.
- Analyze requirements for new applications and enhancements to be implemented within the division.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of clear and thorough system documentation.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science and/or Engineering.
- 5 years of required experience in programming analysis and development of complex business solutions using C# Core Web API RESTful services and Entity Framework.
- 5 years of required experience in coding testing and debugging programs for new development and production support.
- 5 years of required experience with Angular development including TypeScript RxJS Angular CLI and component-based architecture.
- 5 years of required experience in PL/SQL programming and database design in Oracle.
- 5 years of demonstrated ability to process information logically design effective program and system logic and prepare detailed program specifications.
- 4 years of experience with solution delivery utilizing Agile or Scrum methodology.
- 4 years of strong knowledge of IT industry trends architectural concepts (infrastructure information applications) and data integrity best practices.
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team motivate colleagues and elicit work output.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of preferred familiarity with the companys information architecture and information management methodologies.
- 2 years of preferred familiarity with existing and planned software technology and global/regional infrastructure components.
