Job Description
Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tulsa is seeking a Cocktail Server to join our food and beverage team. The Cocktail Server is responsible for delivering a high-quality service experience to guests throughout the casino. This includes taking and delivering orders ensuring accurate and timely service and maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Always ensure the highest quality of food and beverage service.
- Adhere to all alcohol safety standards including checking identification and verifying age.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area including the server station and shared areas.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a food handlers card.
- Successful completion of alcohol awareness training.
- Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and often demanding environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a casino environment which may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
- Ability to work in a variety of settings including climate-controlled office settings.
- Ability to frequently bend and kneel.
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
