Card Services Product ManagerWhat does a successful Card Services Product Manager do at Fiserv
Card Services within Debit Card Network team is focused on continued strong revenue growth and is committed to building outstanding consumer products while being a partner in possibility with our clients. As a Card Services Product Manager you will focus on tactical efforts specific to our Debit Network Products & Delivery. You will work closely with Strategists to execute strategy for solutions within the product line and delivery throughout the product lifecycle. This includes but is not limited to documenting and implementing new project and/or enhancements for our clients and stakeholders and the overall successful implementation of Card Network Products.
What you will do:
- Support the companys overall strategy and goals as we continue to be forward thinking.
- Engage with Product Strategists to prioritize and drive projects to meet roadmap timelines.
- Manage Product portfolio and PMTs associated with the NE and EPOC platforms including Transaction Switch Settlement system Interchange system Reporting Applications Client facing portal Back-office applications such as Exception Processing Participant Management and Transaction Research.
- Assume ownership of the third-party mandates as they apply to dispute processing including business application requirements testing documentation and communication to stake holders
- Reduce operational expenses associated with the acquiring gateway business including but not limited to integration with third party applications and automation of dispute back office processes.
- Ensure product advancements are communicated with stakeholders business requirements are clear and there is open communication between business & tech partners.
- Provide recommendations on product launch strategies.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders for enhancements and with technical team to deliver against roadmap projects.
- Work with development teams to help remove risks and impediments.
What you will need to have:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years of experience within Product Management project management or as a business analyst.
- Practical knowledge of technology used to support payment card products and services.
- Experience providing direction guidance and support to the organization.
- Analytical skills to solve diverse problems and make decisions.
- Experience influencing people at multiple levels.
What would be great to have:
- Previous experience in a payment processor environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Network Industry.
- Experience in the financial Industry.
- Results-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Agile experience.
- Capable of managing large initiatives that span across different business areas & complexities.
Salary Range
$96200.00 - $164900.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
