Job Description

For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw we are currently recruiting for Adoption & Training Administratorrole.

About the Team
We are a global team of technology training and adoption experts empowering a digitally confident workforce at every career stage. We provide targeted training and adoption programmes to equip our people with the digital skills they need to deliver exceptional value to our clients whilst reducing risk to the firm.

You will be responsible for:

  • Organising and coordinating regular and ad-hoc training sessions calendars and materials including the end to end technology induction process

  • Maintaining training collateral in the learning management system and content repositories

  • Triaging user tickets through ServiceNow reviewing knowledge articles monthly and preparing reports

  • Preparing and maintaining standard operating procedures for training administration

  • Managing training and adoption communications via email Viva Engage TechTips and internal wiki ensuring accurate messaging

  • Supporting feedback processes by connecting with participants and providing data to the training team

  • Providing general administrative support when required by global team

  • Deliver some technology skills training to local team including new joiner induction
