Full-Time Associate Dentist Starting September
Location: West Kelowna BC
We are actively seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join a progressive and mentorship-focused dental practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a more experienced clinician who is ready to elevate their career in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
About the Role:
As the primary provider at the practice the successful candidate will take on a lead role in comprehensive treatment planning and delivering exceptional patient care. This position requires both technical proficiency and strong interpersonal skills.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 23 years of clinical experience preferred
Surgically inclined (or eager to develop surgical skills)
Comfortable with or willing to pursue IV sedation training
Confident in full-scope treatment planning
Committed to ongoing learning and development
Professional personable and patient-focused
