Position: Head of Flora Professional & Industrial Sales UKI
Location: Southwark London Hybrid
About the Position
This is a high-impact leadership role within the UK&I business heading up our Flora Professional division and shaping its presence across the UK and Ireland foodservice landscape.
As Head of Flora Professional & Industrial Sales UKI youll lead our commercial strategy and execution across a broad spectrum of channelsfrom Scalable QSR High Street LSR and Informal Eating Out to Regional Foodservice Specialist Channels Industrials and Wholesale Route-to-Market (R2M).
Youll work alongside and lead a talented commercial team developing and delivering strategic growth plans across both established customer relationships and high-potential emerging segments. Youll combine bold innovation with operational excellence and execution to unlock the full potential of our Professional portfolio in the UK&I.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Owning the commercial growth strategy across all Flora Professional & industrial channels and customer groups in UK&I in addition to P&L responsibility within UKI
- Accelerating penetration & conversion in high-growth segments such as QSR LSR Informal Eating Out and Industrials while strengthening and expanding our foundational foodservice presence
- Leading developing and inspiring a cross-functional team in addition to leading a commercial organisation spanning account management customer development Marketing and operational execution.
- Driving customer-centric innovation activating our NPD pipeline with a strong understanding of culinary category and technical needs
- Representing the UKI Professional business internally shaping strategic decisions and connecting local success to our global agenda and operating as a member of the European Professional & Industrial leadership team.
What Does It Take to Be Successful
Were looking for an experienced and inspirational commercial leader with a passion for food customer success and building high-performing teams. Youll bring:
- Significant leadership experience across foodservice B2B FMCG or out-of-home commercial roles
- Expertise in multiple route-to-market channels with a strong grasp of QSR LSR and wholesale environments with exposure to industrial manufacturing processes.
- Track record of commercial delivery against bold growth plans ideally in a dynamic or scaling environment with mi management and margin improvement experience.
- A coaching-led management style with a passion for empowering and developing people
- Strategic agility with the ability to think long term while ensuring day-to-day execution
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the courage to challenge the status quo and lead change
