Position Summary
The Grade 3 Senior Occupational Therapist and stream leader is a key member of the Occupational Therapist leadership team. The person in this role will bring a high level of clinical expertise to support a caseload of patients presenting to rehab with complex spinal amputation musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. With a strong focus on multidisciplinary care they will work closely with the medical nursing and other allied health teams to progress patient care and pathways to home or community settings. Along with the clinical responsibilities in this senior role you will provide leadership and regular clinical supervision to staff and students. You will also contribute to quality improvement activities within the occupational therapy department. Our department provides you with access to regular clinical supervision opportunities for continued professional development and being part of a friendly and supportive team.
