Job Description Summary
The Leave of Absence Administrator is responsible for reviewing coordinating and processing all activities for Family Medical Leave Personal Leave Military Leave state and/or local Leave ADA accommodations and Workers Compensation in partnership with our third party administrator for leave and absence management. This position provides advanced level HR leave of absence administration to managers and colleagues and acts as a subject matter expert to ensure compliance with state and federal leave of absence laws as well as Wintrusts policies.

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $65000 - $80000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
