Job Description
Overview
Sign On Bonus: $3000 for qualifying applicants
Shift: Days 7:30 am - 4:00 pm for 64 hours per pay period (32 hours/week) no holidays or weekends

Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing dressing eating etc.)
Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions
Ensure a clean safe and supportive environment
Work closely with nursing staff to support personalized care plans
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or currently and actively working towards completion of Diploma/GED
- Prefer candidates that have successfully completed the CNA program and are active on the Iowa Direct Care Registry
- Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within 3 months from date of hire
