The Opportunity:
Saint Lukes Hospital in Kansas City is seeking a Radiology Supervisor to join our dedicated imaging team. This multi-skilled leadership role is vital to maintaining the highest standards of care and operational excellence.
As the Radiology Supervisor you will:
- Ensure accountability and performance of your assigned department
- Serve as an advocate for team development and growth
- Maintain quality care and service while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
- Manage personnel functions including hiring coaching discipline staffing and performance evaluations
- Support department leadership with day-to-day operations decision-making and budgeting
- Collaborate with patients families physicians and team members to provide a healing patient-focused environment
