The Director of Outlets is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operation of all Food & Beverage outlets ensuring exceptional guest service financial performance and compliance with all health and safety regulations. This role provides strategic direction training and operational support across outlets including restaurants lounges pool service caf and in-room dining. The Director will work closely with the Executive Chef Sales Team and General Manager to deliver high-quality experiences while maintaining budgetary and service standards.

Responsibilities
Lead daily operations for all Food & Beverage outlets ensuring service excellence and efficiency
Drive financial performance through budget management cost control and revenue growth initiatives
Develop and mentor a high-performing team fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with food safety health and alcohol service regulations
Enhance guest satisfaction through proactive engagement service quality oversight and program development
