Your mission
Leverage deep flight dynamics know-how to help satellite operators and commercial space customers solve mission critical challenges with our risk monitoring collision avoidance and flight dynamics solutions. You will act as the technical front line in complex sales cycles translate customer needs into product requirements and shape the commercial strategy alongside the product and development team.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Own technical discovery for prospects: capturing mission objectives flight dynamics requirements and pain points for our potential customers
- Prepare deliver or support live demos proof of concept studies and orbital analysis report
- Draft technical proposals and statements of work for commercial customers ensuring accurate scope and service description
- Work on various aspects of commercial strategy along with customer success and marketing experts to draft go-to-market strategies for different products and services
- Define packaging tiering and licensing models for flight dynamics add-ons and other SSA products with product marketing support
- Interfacing with data providers and data suppliers as and when needed
Your profile
Must-haves:
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in flight dynamics mission design and/or SSA and STM ideally with a masters degree in space engineering or similar and relevant commercial experience
- Demonstrated experience of working in customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills that allow you to help our customers understand the services we offer. As an active listener you build strong relationships with our team and customers
- Your problem-solving skills allow you to identify and solve problems that arise during the sales process
- You are located in the European Economic Area and have a valid work permit
Nice to haves:
- Involvement in collision avoidance SSA/SST or debris mitigation programs
- Experience pricing and packaging of SaaS products in the space domain
- Familiarity with cloud-native microservices and API-first architectures
