How Youll Make An Impact
We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner to support our Production Engineering this role you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features working closely with engineering to deliver high-impact platform solutions that drive our product roadmap forward.
What Youll Do
Product Vision & Strategy:
- Collaborate with Product Management to define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into innovative product solutions.
Roadmap Management:
- Own and maintain the product backlog ensuring it is aligned with business goals and priorities.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to appropriately balance categories of work among features maintenance and technical debt.
- Develop and prioritize user stories acceptance criteria and detailed requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with platform engineering UI/UX design data science and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and high-quality product development.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among different teams to drive projects efficiently.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements provide product updates and collect feedback.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep the platform competitive and forward-looking.
Agile Methodology:
- Act as the Scrum Product Owner and participate actively in daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
- Ensure clear communication of priorities and objectives to the development team.
Performance & Metrics Tracking:
- Support key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
- Continuously analyze product performance and implement enhancements based on data-driven insights.
The Experience You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in product management or as a product owner preferably within a SaaS or cloud platform environment.
- Experience with integration platforms automation tools or AI-driven solutions.
- Strong understanding of platform engineering principles and technologies including:
- Engineering productivity
- Quality engineering
- DevSecOps
- Exceptional organizational communication and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling platform products.
- Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum framework.
