We are currently recruiting for an Employee Records and Compliance Coordinator to join our Learning and Capability team. This role can work from home on a hybrid basis based anywhere in the Essential Energy footprint with some travel required for connection and collaboration purposes.
About the role
Reporting to the Training Strategy and Governance Manager you will be responsible for implementing maintaining and improving the records management compliance framework to support the business and meet regulatory and best practice requirements.
As the Employee Records and Compliance Coordinator you will also be accountable for the development and continuous monitoring of policies procedures and compliance activities in support of our Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and other training activities.

About You
You are a people focused achievement oriented customer centric team player.
To add value to this role you will bring demonstrated experience with employee records and compliance processes and practices with experience in a similar role coordinating information knowledge systems or processes.
You will be policy and process driven and will have a passion for driving continuous improvement opportunities by project managing reviewing creating and implementing process and procedural improvements to maintain quality and compliance.
This role will showcase your problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills. Ideally you will have experience in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or complex organisation.
This role will ideally be based in Port Macquarie but can also be within theEssential Energy footprint
