We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual with fantastic trade skills to join our established team. Reporting to our Area Repairs Manager our Multi Trade Operative provide an integral service as part of our Property Care Team youll deliver a high quality efficient and effective damp and mould service to our customers.
What do our Multi Trade Operative do;
Perform a range of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple trades including but not limited to carpentry plumbing electrical work and general building maintenance.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
Work efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
What we are looking for;
City and Guilds Craft or minimum NVQ level 2 in an appropriate craft based trade or substantial relevant experience
Experience of working as part of a multidiscipline team
Experience of delivering quality work on time
Managing and prioritising a demanding workload
A valid UK driving licence
This is a hands-on role at the heart of the service that MSV delivers to our customers so your effective communication skills and ability to understand with empathy the diverse needs of our customers will be key. Youll be based in the communities we serve and will work under minimum supervision and as part of a team using a flexible approach.
