Tasks

• Design implement and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability across multiple client sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and integrate advanced networking solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
• Stay updated on the latest networking technologies and best practices to support the companys digital transformation initiatives.
• Document network configurations and maintenance activities to ensure detailed records for future reference and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Valid CCNA certification with at least two years of hands-on experience in network administration and support.
• Proficient knowledge of network hardware and configurations including routers switches firewalls and wireless technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff.
