Schedule: Day Shift 5x8-Hour (Start time between 08:00 AM 08:30 AM; End between 5:00 PM 5:30 PM) Monday Friday

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) to support its Urology outpatient clinic in Seattle WA. This local-only temp-to-perm opportunity is ideal for candidates with outpatient and procedural support experience. Strong candidates will have at least 1 year of experience and be open to in-person interviews. WA MA-C license and Epic experience are required.
Responsibilities:-
Perform patient rooming intake and documentation in Epic
-
Collect vital signs including height weight temperature pulse respiration and blood pressure
-
Assist with minor office procedures and urologic exams including setup and maintenance of sterile fields
-
Collect and label urine specimens perform urinalysis/dipstick testing and assist with venipuncture
-
Manage scheduling follow-ups medication refills and pharmacy communication
-
Handle insurance verification authorization forms and telephone triage
-
Provide support for clinic workflow including supply stocking equipment prep and procedure support
-
Float between like units or other outpatient clinics within skill scope when needed
-
Experience:
-
Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient experience required
-
Urology clinic or emergency department experience strongly preferred
-

Certifications Required:

WA State MA-C License Required at submission (pending not accepted)

BLS (AHA) Required
-
CMA certification Preferred
-

Charting System: Epic Required
-
First-Time Travelers: Accepted (locals only)

Weekend Requirement: None

On-Call: Not required

Floating: Yes between similar clinics or units within scope

Block Scheduling: Not available
-
RTO Restrictions: Must be submitted with application; confirm with hiring manager

Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2-week pay period

Local-Only Role: Must live within 50 miles of the facility and have own reliable transportation

Education:

Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program

Experience:

1 year in outpatient clinic setting (required)

Urology or ER background strongly preferred
