JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Engineer L4 - Electrical/Electronics
LOCATION: Oklahoma City OK
PAY RATE: $80.50/hour

Summary:
-
Support the B-52 Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP).
-
Collaborate with the team to create revise and review build and installation plans for the B-52J Commercial Reengine Program.
-
Apply knowledge of manufacturing methods and fabrication processes (forming stamping machining heat treatment machine tools cutting tools instrumentation data acquisition and control systems).
-
Develop work instructions for installing components systems and assemblies.
-
Create and maintain production and manufacturing process documents and training materials.
-
Ensure all documentation is accurate current and compliant with industry standards.
-
Perform routine data analysis to identify discrepancies and improvements.
-
Follow procedures publication standards and government/customer specifications.
-
Maintain data in web-based tools.
-
Work closely with project teams and subject matter experts to determine documentation needs.
-
Provide guidance and mentoring during project execution.
-
Work independently with minimal supervision maintaining a positive attitude and strong ethics.
-
Proactively seek information and direction to meet project requirements and deadlines.
-
Analyze engineering drawings and modifications to assess their impact on the product.
-
Collaborate with multi-functional teams and work flexible hours to coordinate globally.
-
Maintain compliance with AS9100D quality management system requirements.
-
Resolve technical issues impacting performance cost or schedule.
-
Build and maintain relationships with customers stakeholders and partners to support project goals.
-
Utilize strong analytical skills to drive problem solving and innovation with speed and agility.
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Mathematics Physics or Chemistry (ABET accreditation preferred)
-
9 years related experience or equivalent combinations such as a PhD with 4 years experience or a Masters with 7 years experience.

Minimum 1 year experience with aircraft wiring structures or systems installation and planning.
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
-
3 years in aircraft modifications.

Experience with producibility reviews and installation work instructions.
-
Skilled in troubleshooting complex issues with unclear root causes.

Proficient with Microsoft Word PowerPoint Outlook and Excel.
