JOB TITLE: Manufacturing Engineer 4
LOCATION: Oklahoma City OK
PAY RATE: $80.50/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Summary:
-
Support the B-52 Commercial Engine Replacement Program (CERP).
-
Develop and maintain installation and build plans for system modifications and upgrades.
-
Create and update installation work instructions and manufacturing process documentation
-
Interpret engineering drawings perform data analysis and identify areas for improvement
-
Ensure documentation meets internal standards and government/customer specifications
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and ensure compliance
-
Participate in producibility reviews and troubleshooting efforts
-
Provide mentoring and technical guidance during project execution
-
Maintain awareness of AS9100 D QMS requirements and ensure compliance
-
Utilize tools such as GOLDesp CATIAV5 IVT MANTIS CMPRO and ADO
Requirements:
-
Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
-
Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Math Physics or related field
-
9 years of relevant experience (or Masters 7 or PhD 4)
-
1 years of experience in aircraft wiring structures or systems installation/planning
-
Strong understanding of manufacturing methods and fabrication processes
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Outlook Excel)
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
-
ABET accreditation preferred
-
3 years of experience with aircraft modifications
-
Experience with EBOM/MBOM reconciliation and producibility reviews
-
Familiarity with installation instruction development and manufacturing planning tools
-
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex issues
