Job Title : Lead AI & Generative AI Solutions Architect
Job Type : C2C
Experience : 10-15 years
Location : San Jose California (On-Site)
Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals in the development of AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Design and architect scalable AI systems that meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
- Oversee the development process ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and Generative AI technologies.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project timelines and deliverables.
- Prepare and present technical documentation and project updates to management.
- 5-7 years of experience in software development with a focus on AI technologies.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering successful projects.
- Relevant certifications in AI or project management are a plus.
- Proven experience in AI and Generative AI Architecture.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python Java or C.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of data structures algorithms and software design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Understanding of ethical considerations in AI development.
