Our client a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Andover MA is currently looking for an LCMS Scientist to join their expanding team.

Job Title: LCMS Scientist / Pharma Industry
Duration: 36 months contract
Location: Andover MA

Note:
The client has the right-to-hire you as a permanent employee at any time during or after the end of the contract.

Job Description: (Required):
Bioanalytical Scientist Protein Mass Spectrometry (Non-PhD)
Location: Onsite Schedule: Monday Friday First Shift
Department: Pharmacokinetics Dynamics & Metabolism (PDM)
Client: Pharmaceutical Biomarkers and Biomeasures
Interview: Onsite

About the Role

Youll play a key role in preparing biological samples and developing analytical methods that drive impactful research.

This is a hands-on lab-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to learn and grow.

What Youll Do
Prepare biological samples (cells tissues plasma) for LC-MS analysis
Perform protein lysis immunoprecipitation digestion filtration and concentration
Design and execute experiments in collaboration with scientists
Develop and optimize analytical methods
Analyze interpret and document results in electronic lab notebooks
Present findings and contribute to team discussions
Maintain high standards of lab safety and data integrity

What You Bring

Education:
BS in Chemistry Biochemistry or related field 3 5 years of experience
OR MS 1 3 years of experience
Note: This role is not open to fresh graduates or PhD holders

Technical Skills:
Strong experience with LC-MS sample preparation workflows
Familiarity with proteomics and immunoanalytical techniques
Exposure to Parallel Reaction Monitoring (PRM) is a plus
Comfortable operating lab equipment and following complex protocols
Excellent data organization and communication skills

Soft Skills:
Independent and self-motivated
Strong team player with collaborative mindset
Eager to learn and apply new techniques quickly
