Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Auto Body/Collision Repair Technician to join our award-winning dealership this role you will be responsible for repairing collision damage to vehicles ensuring the highest quality of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and restore collision-damaged vehicle bodies to pre-accident condition.
- Perform a variety of tasks including frame straightening panel replacement welding and painting.
- Ensure all repairs meet industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and answer questions.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in auto body/paint repair.
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and materials.
- Experience with various tools and equipment used in auto body repair such as dent pullers welders and paint guns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Valid drivers license.
