Experience Required: 6 to 8 Years
As a Python Automation Engineer you will develop and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks for web and mobile applications. You will be expected to handle complex challenges independently and contribute to improving product quality through proactive automation.
Key Responsibilities-
Take ownership of application quality and develop end-to-end test automation scripts

Design implement and maintain automation frameworks using Python and Selenium

Conduct UI automation testing for web/mobile applications

Perform failure analysis of automation executions in CI/CD environments (e.g. Jenkins)

Enhance existing frameworks and propose automation improvements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams resolve technical blockers independently
-
Participate in nightly meetings with US-based teams
-
Contribute innovative solutions and encourage a quality-first mindset

Strong experience with Python and Object-Oriented Programming

UI Automation with Selenium (and optionally Appium)

Experience with test frameworks like Pytest Unittest etc.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins

Hands-on with Git test management and bug tracking tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to take ownership work independently and collaborate within a team

Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

Mobile automation experience (Appium)

Bachelor of Engineering / Masters in Computer Science or any equivalent technical degree
