Job Description
Job Title: Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead
Location: Gwinnett County GA (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Experience Level: Senior (7 Years ERP / 3 Years Fusion Cloud Finance Lead)
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead to support and enhance the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP suite for a long-term government client engagement in Gwinnett County GA. This individual will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders implementation vendors and technical teams ensuring seamless configuration optimization and performance of the Oracle Finance Cloud application.
This role demands hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance configuration a deep understanding of ERP system architecture and excellent leadership skills to manage upgrades integration touchpoints testing and documentation across modules and releases.
Responsibilities:-
Act as the Finance Functional Lead for Oracle Fusion ERP partnering with Business SMEs to implement and maintain best-use practices across financial modules.

Lead end-to-end configuration design documentation and solutioning of Oracle Fusion Finance including custom fields fast formulas and integration points.

Coordinate and execute testing cycles for quarterly patch releases and system enhancements including writing test scripts and conducting regression testing.

Design and audit security roles and workflow structures to align with compliance and least privilege principles.

Monitor and troubleshoot performance uptime and reliability issues in the Fusion Cloud environment.

Collaborate with Oracle third-party vendors and internal teams to manage environment refreshes upgrades and issue resolution.

Document and maintain all functional specs process flows policies and testing artifacts.

Mentor and guide junior team members in Fusion Finance operations and support best practices.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.

7 years of ERP implementation and administration experience.

3 years of Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Lead experience.

Proven ability in Fusion configuration formula development integration mapping and testing leadership.

Strong familiarity with Oracle Fusion data dictionary and inter-module dependencies.

Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.

Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and environment management.

Experience with Fusion ERP/EPM integration and security architecture.

Strong understanding of Finance HR and Payroll processes.

Prior experience in public sector or government ERP projects is a plus.

Certifications in Oracle Cloud applications or ITIL a plus.
