Job Description
Job Title: Oracle Fusion Reporting Analyst
Location: Lawrenceville GA (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Job Type: W2 Only
Experience Level: Senior (9 Years in Oracle Cloud Reporting)
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle Fusion Reporting Analyst to support long-term Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM reporting initiatives for a public sector client in Lawrenceville GA. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise with Oracle reporting tools such as OTBI BI Publisher and Financial Reporting Studio along with strong experience designing data models building dashboards and delivering accurate actionable insights.
This role will require both technical proficiency and strong business acumen to gather requirements translate them into effective reporting solutions and ensure performance and compliance across modules.
Key Responsibilities:-
Design build and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) BI Publisher and Financial Reporting Studio.

Create custom data models visualizations and ad-hoc queries tailored to departmental needs.

Analyze Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM data to identify trends and generate business insights.

Translate data analysis into clear visually appealing reports for non-technical stakeholders.

Optimize reports for performance accuracy and usability across different Oracle modules.

Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Manage reporting environments and ensure data integrity role-based access and report security.

Maintain documentation including technical specs user guides and data dictionaries.

Enforce compliance with data governance standards and public-sector reporting regulations.

Oversee report scheduling and distribution ensuring timely delivery of critical data.

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Analytics Data Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Oracle Cloud Certification in ERP HCM or Reporting (Required).

9 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools including OTBI BI Publisher and Financial Reporting Studio.

Proven experience building and supporting complex custom reports across Oracle modules.

Expertise in standardizing a reporting model across business units.

Deep understanding of data models cross-module joins and performance tuning in Oracle Cloud.

Experience in large-scale public-sector implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP or HCM.

Familiarity with data governance compliance frameworks and audit standards in government or healthcare.

Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into scalable reports.
