Job Description
Technical Primary Skills:
- We need someone with experience leading GW Data migration projects (From Legacy to GW cloud). This includes both ETL testing and functional testing within GW (PC BC CC etc.).
- The candidate should be capable of helping create the Test Strategy reviewing it monitoring the progress and ensuring execution against the plan.
- They should be able to create the test data strategy test plan focus on the execution of the program and create dashboards.
- The ideal candidate should understand the Data (ETL) platform well present the status/road blockers to the leadership team at defined intervals and if required work hands-on with the team to deliver the project on time.
Soft Skills:
- Outstanding communication analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to track projects simultaneously in a balanced and controlled manner.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively influence without authority.
