Job Description

Job Title: SailPoint IAM Developer
Location: Schaumburg IL
Domain: Technology
Long Term Contract
Looking for W2 Candidates. No C2C

Mandatory Skills:

  • SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow hands-on experience in building connectors workflows certification campaigns and policies.
  • Java and BeanShell scripting strong knowledge to implement business rules custom tasks and integration logic.
  • Provisioning/De-provisioning experience automating user lifecycle events (joiner mover leaver) in SailPoint.
  • Directory services solid experience with Active Directory LDAP and integration with enterprise identity stores.
  • Access Reviews configuring campaigns delegations exclusions and mitigations within SailPoint.
  • Version control experience with Git including branching merging and deployment practices.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in REST/SOAP API integrations with systems like Workday ServiceNow and SAP.
  • Understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) SOD policies and Compliance Reporting.
  • Basic DevOps familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Jenkins and artifact management.
  • Knowledge of Identity Federation (SAML OAuth OpenID Connect) and Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Familiarity with SailPoint plugin development and Identity AI module is a plus.
