We are currently searching for a qualified RMO to join our team in the Thane location. The ideal candidate should have a BAMS or BHMS addition to providing medical care to our patients the RMO will also be responsible for supervising and guiding our nursing staff.

We are also looking for an ICU (Intensive Care Unit) specialist to work in our Thane location. The candidate must have a BAMS or BHMS degree and experience working in an ICU setting. The ICU specialist will be responsible for providing critical care to our patients and working closely with our medical team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories.
• Assist in both ICU and ward environments ensuring the highest standard of care.
• Administer medications as per physician orders and monitor patient responses.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests helping to develop treatment plans.
• Provide immediate care in emergency situations including CPR and advanced life support.
• Monitor vital signs and report significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans treatments and medications.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control measures.
• Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and interns.
• Address patient concerns and provide appropriate interventions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.

Qualifications:

• BHMS / BAMS degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license to practice in India.
• Experience in ICU and ward management is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical best practices and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in the use of medical technology and software.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of current medical guidelines and regulations.
• Comfortable in high-pressure situations.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
