Job Description
Manatee Health at Home by BAYADAis currently seeking an experiencedHome Health Aide (HHA) for a per-diemopportunity to complete home healthvisitsto clients located throughoutManatee County.
As a Home Health Aide you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health aide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
Must have access to reliable transportation.

Requirements:
- Have at least one year of work experience
- Must be listed on the FL Nurse Aide Registry active and in good standing.
- Have a criminal background check completed
- Meet all state requirements

Responsibilities:
- Activities of daily living
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Nail care
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Vital sign checks: temperature pulse respiration
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication assistance
