As an award-winning non-profit social enterprise our mission is to train and develop emerging data analysts over an 18-month period. Through hands-on experience and personalised support we prepare our analysts to thrive in inclusive workplaces by transitioning them into roles within our network of like-minded organisations where their careers can grow.

About the Role
Were seeking a GIS Team Lead for the ASA Geospatial Program to manage the delivery of data analysis and image processing tasks while nurturing the growth of a team of junior analysts.
Were flexible on this being part-time (3 to 4 days per week).
Reporting to and supported by the GIS Program Manager this role combines hands-on delivery with people leadership and project coordination.
Youll support clients across Australia in industries such as transport utilities energy and urban infrastructure. Youll also help ASA uphold high standards of digital data quality and compliance (Client or Discipline Project-specific standards).
As we are a community organisation it is vital that the role connects with our young team many who are new to these technical roles. The right candidate will invest in building a thriving culture where all viewpoints can be heard. You will be supported by management to work with young neurodiverse adults who are incredible!
