In this full-time* permanent position youll report directly to the Regional Manager and play a pivotal role in the North Victoria Leadership team. Youll lead the Mooroopna Kindergarten team overseeing daily operations motivating mentoring collaborating and supporting the team to develop implement and evaluate a high quality developmentally and culturally appropriate play and learning environment for children and achieving quality practice that aligns with the National Quality Standard.
* Part-time will also be considered if preferred (minimum of 25 hours per week).

You have experience in early childhood programs a toolkit of strategies and the ability to think on your feet which allows you to find solutions to complex situations.
