This is a full-time in-office position based in Hoover AL with one remote day per week. No cold calling is required. Clients are provided and youll have the tools and training needed to succeed.

Compensation:
Averages $40000 $50000 annually based on experience and performance.
- Assess qualified leads convert clients and provide quick turnaround
- Prospect potential customers through calling email or other forms of communication
- Report on key performance and sales metrics on a weekly monthly and quarterly basis to ensure goals are achieved
- Maintain the client database
- Engage with warm leadsclients who have already contacted us for our services
- Offer personalized solutions tailored to each clients needs
- Build lasting client relationships by providing ongoing support and policy reviews
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to achieve team and individual goals
- High school diploma or GED is required bachelors degree is preferred
- Two years of previous sales or customer-facing experience
- Possess a valid U.S. drivers license and be able to travel by car
- Great time management interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven goal-oriented and eager to grow professionally
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- A coachable mindset and strong work ethic
