The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh Center for Community Development Engagement and Training (CCDET) is recruiting a staff member to perform duties related to system administration of its Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System (LMS); as well as distance learning coordination of online course development and delivery monthly newsletter publications and maintaining related website materials. This position will work in cooperation with state county and/or other contracted trainers and training program designers. This position requires a high degree of accuracy excellent critical thinking skills attention to detail the ability to work well in a team environment as well as being a self-initiator.

Goal E: W-2/Child Support Training Times Development
Publish the monthly edition of the W-2 Training Times newsletter using appropriate publication software.
Publish the monthly edition of the Child Support Training Times newsletter using Microsoft Publisher or another publication software.
Goal B: Enter and Retrieve Data for Workshops
Course and Class Maintenance Registration Management
Enter data for workshops using Cornerstone OnDemand LMS software.
Verify workshop information including topic site trainer date and time.
Enter registration and completion transactions into Cornerstone OnDemand software.
Correspondence and Communication
Assist in proofing printed and electronic materials generated by Cornerstone OnDemand LMS software.
Modify and revise correspondence to adhere to database parameters.
Develop generate and send correspondence.
Answer inquiries about workshops.
File correspondence and registrations.
Provide technical and customer support to other LMS users.
Troubleshooting
Recognize discrepancies problems and errors to determine where enhancements or revisions must be made.
Reporting
Use Cornerstone OnDemand Reporting to develop revise and test reports to ensure efficiency within the CCDET registration services.
Goal D: Website Development and Maintenance
Develop and maintain the DCF/DFES/Partner Training Team webpages on the DCF server including the Trainers Resource webpage and the Trainers Curriculum webpage.
Ensure links within the websites are accurate and accessible.
Administer over the DCF/DFES/Partner Training Team (PTT) SharePoint site for storage of training materials and online course content to be published in the Learning Center.
Goal A: LMS (Cornerstone OnDemand) Administration and Maintenance
Online Courses
Publish online courses via Cornerstone OnDemand LMS.
Provide a structure for BETA TESTING online courses before they are published to Production in the Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Center.
Maintain and revise online courses.
Reporting
Use Cornerstone OnDemand Reporting to develop revise and test reports for use in LMS data integrity efforts.
Perform data integrity global updates in the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS
LMS Database
Help determine the need for database modifications at the system level.
Assist in maintaining the structure of the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS database and security.
Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot software and computer issues offering technical support through phone and/or email.
Troubleshoot and solve statewide registration problems and issues.
Provide Cornerstone OnDemand support to DCF/DFES/Partner Training Team (PTT) projects
Plan schedule implement and evaluate registration services.
Goal C: Design develop and update online training materials using various distance learning methodologies.
Use previously developed written training materials to produce high quality online course materials using Adobe Captivate or Articulate.
Provide narration and closed captioning to online courses.
Edit audio files as needed to meet project needs.
Provide consultation on methodologies techniques and adult learning theory for DCF/DFES/Partner Training Team related distance learning projects.
Collaborate and communicate with subject matter experts.
Implement quality assurance and BETA testing for all online training developed.
Resolve technical issues in online courses.
Edit update and modify existing online courses to provide updated materials.
Coordinate with LMS registration team to publish online materials/courses.
Goal G: Build and maintain relationships.
Attend CCDET All Staff Meetings (as scheduled).
Maintain a working knowledge of CCDET projects.
Serve as a resource for other CCDET staff as well as partner staff as needed.
Under the general direction of the CCDET Executive Director develop mutually beneficial partnerships with CCDET staff partner staff and UW Oshkosh staff.
Maintain positive relationship with agency management trainers and staff.
Goal F: Maintain statistical data and develop run and disseminate Partner Training Team project reports.
Compile write and produce regular and ad hoc reports.
Distribute regular and ad hoc reports.
Center for Community Development Engagement and Training (CCDET)
Starting at $65000 and commensurate with experience
Masters Degree
4-6 years of experience with database management or Learning Management Systems administration
4-6 years of experience creating and updating web pages using HTML coding
4-6 years of experience developing websites using software such as WordPress Dreamweaver etc.
4-6 years of experience with eLearning design and development software that is used for online course development such as Adobe Captivate Articulate Camtasia or other eLearning software
4-6 years of experience designing/laying out an online course
Knowledge of principles of adult education and instructional design
Experience developing Learning Centers and publishing online courses in a Learning Management System
Experience using graphics and audio editing software
Experience using Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Publisher
Experience using Microsoft Excel with expertise in charts graphs and reporting
Demonstrate ability to execute initiatives on time and on budget
Proven ability to work independently; excellent time management with a strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks with a high degree of accuracy and follow-through
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
Must have a valid drivers license and the ability to become a university authorized driver at the time of appointment.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects prioritize projects and deliverables adapt to change quickly and meet deadlines on multiple projects
Demonstrated ability to lead or facilitate teams evidenced by successfully guiding at least one work group or project team to meet defined objectives timelines and deliverables.
