Job Title: Mulesoft Integration Developer
Location: Porto OR Lisbon Portugal
Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid (2x office per week)
- If the candidate lives more than 50 km from the office (in Porto or Lisbon) they only need to go to the office once every 15 days.
Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a Mulesoft Integration Developer to join our team in a telco project.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Design develop and maintain integrations using the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform;
- Build APIs and integrations that connect various systems applications and data sources;
- Develop reusable assets components and integration patterns following best practices;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects analysts DevOps QA) to design scalable integration solutions;
- Ensure high availability and performance of integration flows;
- Troubleshoot integration issues and implement fixes and enhancements;
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process;
- Write and maintain clear technical documentation and integration specifications.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field;
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience working with Mulesoft (Anypoint Studio API Manager Runtime Manager etc.);
- Solid understanding of API-led connectivity and microservices architecture;
- Hands-on experience with RAML/OpenAPI specifications and RESTful API design;
- Experience with Mulesoft components including DataWeave connectors flows and error handling;
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration tools (e.g. Git Jenkins Maven/Gradle);
- Strong debugging performance tuning and problem-solving skills;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Fluent English.
Complementary Requirements:
- Mulesoft certification(s) (e.g. MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1 or 2);
- Experience integrating with systems such as Salesforce SAP or Oracle;
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes);
- Familiarity with messaging systems (e.g. JMS Kafka).
