Your Role
As part of Technogyms ongoing commitment to fast-paced innovation and operational excellence we are seeking a Project Manager (Internship) to strengthen our product development is driven by a passion for continuous improvement - constantly refining our methods embracing new technologies and challenging the status quo to deliver better faster and smarter solutions. This role is a key part of our strategy to accelerate innovation and enhance the way we work ensuring we remain agile forward-thinking and at the forefront of our industry.
You will play a key part in supporting the product development organization always with a forward-looking mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement as a driving force behind every action. You will act as a bridge between technology and the business fostering smooth and effective communication across teams.
Your Impact
- Monitor R&D projects ensuring that they are guided with method and clarity according to Technogyms processes and Kaizen principles
- Map existing processes and design improvement initiatives
- Foster lean thinking and methodologies at the operational level helping to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies
- Structure and standardize internal operations
About You
Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical with high analytical skills. You have a hybrid background in economics engineering and/or digital transformation. You have a systemic and lean mindset focused on excellence and people-driven innovation. You communicate clearly work independently and always keep an eye on the future.
What you should bring:
Big-picture mindset: ability to understand and manage complex relationships between people processes technologies and organizational goals.
Lean Thinking: efficiency-oriented approach focused on value creation and waste elimination; aptitude for simplifying complex processes.
Structured and Creative Problem Solving: tackles problems methodically yet flexibly adapting tools to the real needs of the context.
Excellent communication skills: active listening rephrasing and facilitating collaboration across diverse teams
Academic experience: Masters degree in Economics Engineering Business Management or Digital Transformation
Internationality: fluent in at least two languages (English required) study or work experience in multicultural environments is a strong plus
Autonomy and Ownership: capable of organizing activities and carrying out tasks and micro-projects without supervision
