Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments meetings and events and managing the employers calendar.
Travel Arrangements: Booking flights accommodations and transportation for business or personal travel.
Communication Management: Answering phone calls responding to emails and drafting correspondence.
Event Planning: Organizing and coordinating events conferences and meetings.
Administrative Tasks: Managing files maintaining databases preparing reports and handling paperwork.
Errand Running: Performing various errands such as shopping picking up dry cleaning or managing household tasks.
Project Coordination: Assisting with project management tracking timelines and providing updates.
Client and Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as a point of contact for clients vendors and other stakeholders.
