Health Trainer
Salary: 24806.25 pro Rata (14883 for 22.5 hours)
Contract: 15 month Fixed Term Part Time
Locations:Chesterfield

Were looking for aHealth Trainer - someone with a rare mix of compassion resilience self-motivation and flexibility. This is for the person who understands that rehabilitation isnt just about offering advice; its about rolling up your sleeves and pro-actively supporting someone on their journey.
This is a demanding role; youll be working in a challenging environment with people who have complex needs and who can often be reluctant to engage. However its a great feeling when you help someone break down the barriers that are affecting their mental health and wellbeing and support people to lead a healthier lifestyle.
