As Vice President of Sales DACH youll take full ownership of our commercial success in the region. Youll lead grow and inspire a high-performing team while delivering ambitious revenue targets. Working closely with the Managing Director youll be at the helm of our go-to-market strategy responsible for accelerating momentum across Germany Austria and Switzerland.
This is a high-impact leadership role where your voice will shape strategy your vision will define our trajectory and your energy will inspire teams.
Define and lead our sales go-to-market and commercial strategy across the DACH region
Build coach and scale a top-class sales organisation from directors to account execs
Set ambitious targets and smash them by fostering a high-performance culture
Own the customer relationship from major retail partners to key stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Product and Operations to win in market
Drive operational excellence streamlining tools processes and forecasting
Represent SharkNinja at industry events and in strategic conversations with key partners
Report directly into the Managing Director of DACH and Poland
12 years of progressive sales leadership including 5 years at senior regional level
Deep commercial understanding of the DACH market especially Germany
A proven record of scaling teams and exceeding revenue targets
Natural ability to lead across borders with strong cultural and commercial fluency
A data-driven mindset and experience with CRM/sales operations tools
Full professional fluency in German and English
Experience in high-growth consumer goods tech or B2B2C models is a plus
