What youll do at OhioMHAS:
Inventory System Management and Analysis: Maintains and analyzes inventory control systems such as Great Plains (GP) Inventory Record Management System (IRMS) and TrackTrace Rx to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of pharmaceuticals medical supplies and other materials in accordance with federal and state regulations. - Warehouse Operations Oversight: Supervises daily warehouse functions including receiving inspecting distributing picking packing and shipping of inventory; conducts spot checks and cycle counts to verify order accuracy and inventory levels.
- Staff Supervision and Development: Directly supervises assigned staff provides orientation and system training (GP IRMS) conducts performance evaluations manages attendance records and addresses employee issues including leave approvals and counseling.
- Logistics and Vendor Coordination: Coordinates delivery schedules with warehouse personnel and delivery companies serves as liaison with vendors and customers and ensures timely and accurate receipt and distribution of orders.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Monitors environmental conditions (e.g. warehouse temperature humidity refrigeration) to maintain pharmaceutical integrity validates discrepancies in inventory systems and ensures compliance with internal procedures and training requirements.
This is an hourly position and is exempt from the bargaining units with a pay range of11on theE1 Exempt Pay Range Schedule. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
