The Job:

As a Technical Program Manager youll be part of our construction technology team working as a remote employee. As a Technical Program Manager at Stanley Black and Decker you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product development and delivery processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of multiple projects while adhering to SDLC processes SaaS architecture best practices and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent program management skills a strategic mindset and the ability to effectively prioritize and juggle competing tasks. Youll get to:

  • Program Management Lead and execute complex technical projects from initiation to completion ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • SDLC Processes Partner with engineering teams to enhance software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes optimizing efficiency and ensuring product excellence.
  • Agile Process Management Facilitate Agile methodologies including sprint planning backlog grooming and retrospectives to keep development teams aligned and continuously improving.
  • Competing Priorities Navigate multiple projects with competing priorities ensuring timely execution while balancing stakeholder needs.
  • Strategic Thinking Contribute to long-term technical strategies identifying opportunities for process improvement innovation and business growth.
  • Visual Communication Simplify complex technical concepts into intuitive visualsflowcharts diagrams and presentationsto drive clarity and informed decision-making.
  • Be the Communication Hub Act as the bridge between stakeholders fostering transparency alignment and cross-functional collaboration

The Person:

  • Proven experience (6 years) in technical program management within a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS architecture and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results.
  • Experience in startup or fast-growth environments is a plus.

The base pay range for this position in Colorado is 93400.00 - 168100.00 USD Annual.00 USD Annual per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position offered.
