Tax Manager Remote Public Accounting Firm

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple tax engagements (corps partnerships HNW individuals)
Deliver strategic tax planning and identify tax-saving opportunities
Review complex returns and research technical issues
Act as a trusted advisor and build strong client relationships
Mentor and develop junior staff
Stay current on tax law changes and ensure compliance
Contribute to business development efforts
Qualifications:
CPA or EA required
Bachelors in Accounting or related field (Masters in Tax a plus)
5 years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax
Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax codes
Proficiency in tax software (CCH ProSystem UltraTax etc.)
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
