Position Summary...
As a Senior Manager of Special Projects you will support high-impact initiatives within the Trust & Safety (T&S) organization supporting Walmarts Last Mile Delivery (LMD) platform. This role sits within the Program Management function of the team.What youll do...
Lead the execution of special projects aligned with T&S strategic priorities including digital innovation pilots emerging business areas and rapid-response task forces.
Manage project execution activities and ensure alignment on scope timelines budgets and resource planning.
Responsible for project reporting and metrics to track progress and impact.
Prepare content for executive forums and team meetings to communicate progress and celebrate wins.
What youll bring:
5 years of experience in program management project management operations strategy planning or strategic initiatives.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects in complex matrixed environments.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization reporting and performance measurement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with regulatory frameworks risk mitigation and digital transformation is a plus.
