Were looking for a self-sufficient highly capable IT Support Specialist with deep Apple Mac expertise to join our Barcelona office. This person will run point on all local IT needssupporting our team managing inventory leading projects and elevating the employee tech experience.
What you will do :
- Technical Support
- Onboarding & Offboarding
- Inventory Management
- Projects & Mentorship
- System Maintenance
Deliver high-level support for Apple Mac devices and related hardware
Troubleshoot login network and VoIP issues
Maintain and repair office tech equipmentor manage replacements as needed
Own the technical side of employee onboarding and offboarding
Set up new hires with devices and access; image and ship Macs
Deactivate accounts and coordinate hardware returns for departing team members
Track manage and maintain all local IT equipment
Ensure devices are available functional and up to date
Lead and execute IT projects that improve processes and infrastructure
Support global initiatives in partnership with the broader IT team
Mentor junior team members and run the IT segment of our HR orientation
Test new tools and stay current on IT security practices
Perform regular maintenance and keep documentation up to date
What you will bring :
- 4 years of hands-on technical support experience with a Mac-heavy focus
- Exceptional communication skillsable to explain complex things simply
- A calm helpful approach to solving peoples tech challenges
- A self-starter mindsetyoure comfortable running independently and making smart decisions
- Strong troubleshooting organization and time-management skills
- Inventory system experience (you know whats in stock and where it is)
- A passion for technology and the curiosity to keep learning
- Leadership chopsyoure someone others naturally turn to for guidance
- Bonus if youve used : Google Admin Console Okta Slack Jira/Confluence CrowdStrike Netskope JumpCloud (UEM) Kandji (MDM for Macs) Microsoft Entra ID(Azure) Office 365
