For over 60 years our family-owned automobile dealership has been a pillar of the community known for exceptional customer service and a welcoming team-oriented atmosphere. As we continue to grow were seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help us build on our legacy.
At McGrath Arlington Kia we foster a low-pressure sales environment where customers feel respected and our team members are supported. As Sales Manager youll receive ongoing leadership development manufacturer training and the tools you need to succeed in a collaborative setting.
Lead the Sales Team: Motivate and manage the performance of the sales staff to meet volume and customer satisfaction goals.
Coach and Train: Provide ongoing training and mentorship to team members to ensure high performance and compliance with dealership processes.
Customer Engagement: Assist with escalated customer interactions and maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction.
Manage Sales Processes: Monitor and optimize sales workflow desking deals and ensuring efficient operations.
Oversee CRM Usage: Ensure effective use of automotive CRM tools such as VinSsolutions to track leads follow-ups and customer communication.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with the General Manager and Inventory Manager to maintain an optimal mix of new and used vehicles.
Drive Results: Contribute to the dealerships bottom line by driving unit sales and developing a strong motivated sales culture.
Our sales managers typically earn $100k-180k per year with top performers earning more!

Proven experience in automotive sales and team leadership (Sales Manager or F&I Manager preferred)
Strong understanding of automotive CRM platforms (VinSsolutions and DealerTrack is a plus)
Excellent communication coaching and organizational skills
A results-driven attitude with the ability to lead by example
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Must be available for full-time work including evenings and weekends
