Job Summary:
SERVPRO of Lake County is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restoration & Contents Manager to lead our restoration and contents teams. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in restoration services exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor restoration and contents teams ensuring high performance and professional development.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and manage restoration projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Oversight: Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for restoration and contents management.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory of equipment and supplies ensuring availability for ongoing projects.
  • Organization and documentation: Create and maintaining a strong accurate product around Sorting and recording costumer belongings.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Readiness: Respond promptly to emergency situations including water damage fire damage.
  • Team involvement: Evaluate and perform restoration activities including but not limited to water extraction fire damages set-up of specialty equipment and demolition.
  • Tidiness: Load inventory and maintain work vehicles with tools equipment and all necessary supplies for each project.
  • Customer facing: Maintain open and clear communication with clients addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.
Qualifications:
  • OSHA-10
  • IICRC certifications - WRT FST ASD
  • Xactimate proficiency
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restoration services with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in contents management and restoration project oversight.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Pass a level 2 background check
