SERVPRO of Lake County is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restoration & Contents Manager to lead our restoration and contents teams. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in restoration services exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor restoration and contents teams ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Project Management: Coordinate and manage restoration projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Operational Oversight: Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for restoration and contents management.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory of equipment and supplies ensuring availability for ongoing projects.
- Organization and documentation: Create and maintaining a strong accurate product around Sorting and recording costumer belongings.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Readiness: Respond promptly to emergency situations including water damage fire damage.
- Team involvement: Evaluate and perform restoration activities including but not limited to water extraction fire damages set-up of specialty equipment and demolition.
- Tidiness: Load inventory and maintain work vehicles with tools equipment and all necessary supplies for each project.
- Customer facing: Maintain open and clear communication with clients addressing their concerns and explaining the restoration process.
Qualifications:
- OSHA-10
- IICRC certifications - WRT FST ASD
- Xactimate proficiency
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restoration services with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in contents management and restoration project oversight.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Pass a level 2 background check

Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
