Full-time - 7.6 hours - Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 4.06pm

We are currently looking for a suitably experienced Administration Assistant to help with administrative duties to support our Transport Home & Garden Maintenance Domestic Assistance Social Support Individual and Social Support Group services and undertake a variety of administrative and customer focused tasks. This role will also provide support to the Client Services team as required.

In this role you will:

  • Assist with planning scheduling and service delivery for clients
  • Perform general administrative tasks
  • Support the development of client care plans
  • Assist with staff rostering
  • Assist with in-centre and outing activities as required
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and information
  • Respond to client queries and provide information about their services
  • Ensure a client-focused approach in all activities

What you will need:

  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Strong administrative background
  • Experience working within an organisation providing services for the elderly or people living with disability will be highly regarded
  • A caring and compassionate approach to service provision
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work with individuals from a range of social financial and cultural backgrounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound computer skills
  • Current national police clearance (not older than 6 months) or willing to obtain
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain
