**Proven knowledge and experience in Infusion services is a must. Experience with Braintree software is a plus.**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic billing team as a Revenue Cycle Billing and Collections Processor Level I. This entry-level position is crucial to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our billing department driving positive cash flow and minimizing financial loss.
- Efficiently and timely collect outstanding accounts for assigned accounts.
- Process insurance claims accurately and promptly.
- Investigate and respond to inquiries from payers patients and/or agencies regarding account receivable activity adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all billing and collections activities.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with payers patients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant billing and collection regulations and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Candidates must reside in one of the approved remote worker states: AR AZ CO FL GA IA IL IN KY MI NC ND NE NJ OH SC TN TX UT WI.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software (e.g. billing software spreadsheets). -
- Must have experience in Infusion Services. Braintree software is a plus
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and accuracy-focused.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new processes quickly.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology (a plus).
