Job Title: Process Mapping Specialist - Black Belt
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Mapping Specialist with a Black Belt certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in project management data analysis and statistical data analysis. Experience in tools such as Mini-Tab R-Studio or Python for data analysis is helpful. The candidate should also have a proven track record of handling stakeholders and end clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Mapping and Modelling: Develop and maintain detailed process maps and models to enhance business processes. Utilize industry-standard tools and methodologies to document current and future state processes.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Apply project management principles to plan execute and monitor projects
- Data Analysis: Perform comprehensive data analysis to support process improvement initiatives. Utilize statistical tools and software such as Mini-Tab R-Studio or Python to analyse data and generate actionable insights
- Statistical Data Analysis: Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends patterns and correlations in data. Use statistical methods to support decision-making and process optimization
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders and end clients to understand their requirements and expectations. Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams and departments
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in process mapping project management and data analysis.
- Certifications: Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Mini-Tab R-Studio or Python for data analysis. Strong understanding of statistical methods and tools
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects including planning execution and monitoring.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex data and insights to stakeholders and clients effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Experience in business process modelling and documentation.
- Knowledge of business process management (BPM) tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Experience in conducting gap analysis and performance metrics assessment
