Your Role
As theSeniorAudience DevelopmentManageryoullbe responsible for theattracting engaging and retaining audiences across multiple digital touch points for anassigned roster of artists.Reporting into theSenior Director Audience & Marketingyoulllead onplanning executing & reporting on audiencedevelopment campaignsfor your artists.The rolewill require youtodevelop and maintain a consistent visual &communication style across the artists digital propertiesunderstand nurturing & grow the artists fan communities & devising strategies for their long form YouTube content short formas well as 3rdparty creator strategies.

Support theSenior Director Marketing & Audience indeveloping andmaintaining the strategic focus of team ensuring it aligns with UMR overall strategic goals.
Develop and execute comprehensive audience growth & engagement strategies across key digital platformsstaying true to the artists overall aesthetic & tone while ensuring campaign aligns with UMRs overall strategic goals.
Work with our inhouse data & insights team tomonitor and analyse fan engagement metrics audience demographics and content performancethen use this tohelp shape campaign ideas & goals.
Collaboratewith artists management and internal label teams to align audience development strategies with broader marketing tour and release plans.
Partner withartist teamsagencies freelancers & our own in-house studio toplan & createshort form content thatresonates with targetaudience segments.
Devise and executecomprehensiveYouTubechannel strategies that harnessingchannel optimisations shortscommunityand long form videoto drive watch time & engagement on the channel.
Work closely with influencers content creators and brands to co-create contentthat drives awareness & engagement of the artist their story and music.
Understand and advocate for the artist fan communitiesinternally helping to drive growth engagement &fan loyalty across social platformsdirect to fan (email whats app store)&community platforms.
Understand& harnesscurrent platform best practicetoensure all artist digital touch points are optimisedand help feed a consistentvisual & compelling fan experience.
Pitch and partner with key digital partners (TikTok Meta and Snap) to help supportyour artist campaigns.
Work with the internal data & insights team to regularly report on campaign performance audience growth engagementand fan sentiment.
Person Specification
Essential:
Proven experience in either amusic label management or digital agencyrunning digital campaigns for artists &/or talent.
Confident communicator who can work with people at all levels andcan tailor their style tothe audience.
Committed project manager who can organiseprioritise work under pressure and problem solve to see an idea through to completion.
Creativethinker whos able to work independently or as a team toturn an idea into an executable campaign.
Collaborative team player able towork across multiple departments& with external partners to deliver onbusiness and campaign goals.
Deep understandingofdigital& socialmarketingprinciples able to turn theory into practice.
Passionate about music & the wider industry with aninterest in the digital marketing landscape.
Desirable
Comfortable using tools and functionality on content platforms.
Experience delivering presentations viaPowerpoint/Canva/Googleslides
