This is more than a technical role its a strategic opportunity to influence how technology shapes the future of work. Youll partner with senior leaders product managers and engineering teams to define and implement modern architecture for ServiceNow HRSD and digital employee experience. Youll lead by example mentor future architects and champion best practices that drive agility resilience and excellence across the enterprise.
In this role you will:
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role
5 years of experience in solution architecture and technology strategy with a strong focus on enterprise platforms.
Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures microservices event-driven design and RESTful APIs.
Deep expertise in data architecture data modeling cloud technologies (e.g. GCP Azure) and modern integration patterns.
Proven expertise in ServiceNow latest features/functionality especially HRSD Case Management Lifecycle Events and CMDB integration.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and fluency in modern programming concepts with hands-on experience in programming such as Java and Python.
Excellent analytical strategic thinking influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills
A degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
